International website and early-access terms
These website terms do not replace a signed customer agreement. A pilot proposal or service agreement defines the subscribed scope, fees, responsibilities, and data-processing terms.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for its Meta and WhatsApp setup, contact source, consent, approved templates, message purpose, account access, and applicable legal requirements.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and Meta are third-party services. Wasel does not control or guarantee their approvals, pricing, availability, policy decisions, or message delivery.
Pilot scope and fees
Early-access capabilities, implementation, support, limits, duration, and fees are those stated in the written proposal or agreement. Meta usage remains separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
